Hodgson/Kaberle swap?

E-mail Print

I can't imagine Canucks fans would like hearing this, but Ken Campbell of The Hockey News speculates on rumours that have been floating around of the Canucks sending Cody Hodgson to Toronto in exchange for Tomas Kaberle.

What is also interesting is Campbell bringing up what seems to be persistant talk about the Canucks and Hodgson not exactly getting along.  Campbell says, "While Hodgson has not complained, there are those who believe he would not be shattered if the Canucks were to deal his rights".

Campbell goes on to say, "It's also believed Hodgson is not thrilled the Canucks essentially called his character into question".

We're not saying this is a good rumour, but there is enough smoke to make it relevant. To date, not much has been said out of the Canucks camp in respect to the alleged strained relationship between player and team.
